Returns Window

You may return most new, unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and any included authenticity cards.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items, sale/clearance items, e‑gift cards, and hygiene items (where applicable) are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return

1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number, item(s) to return, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

2. We will reply with a return authorization and instructions, including the return address.

3. Ship items back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization using a traceable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will cover return shipping and will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To request an exchange (size or color), email [email protected]. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund.

Return Shipping Costs & Lost Returns

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable service and purchasing insurance—Sweetheart Jewels is not responsible for lost return packages.

Store Credit

If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please request this in your return email. Store credit does not expire.
