- Custom or personalized orders may take 3–5 business days to process.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS/UPS.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days via UPS or USPS Priority.
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days via UPS Next Day/2-Day (cutoff times apply).
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
International Shipping
- Standard International: 8–20 business days (varies by destination).
- Expedited International: 8-20 business days (where available).
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Delays due to customs are outside our control.

Tracking & Notifications

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
- Inspect packages upon arrival. If damaged, keep packaging and contact support within 7 days with photos.
- For lost shipments, contact support; we’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace the order per carrier investigation outcomes.
Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
- Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, a reshipment fee may apply.
